This limited line of beautifully crafted, sternly sharp edge knives from Sakai Takayuki is crafted from 63 layer Damascus Stainless Steel. It boasts of unparallel edge retention and sturdy blade since it underwent the similar process of Yakiire. For a more comfortable grip, the blue/black wooden handle was given an angular profile.
