 ABOUT MY ORDER

 

Q:  I changed my mind after placing my order. Can I cancel or edit it by myself?

A:  Sorry, you need to contact us if you would like to cancel or edit order. Please contact us at info@japanny.com as quickly as possible.

 

Q: Can I track my parcel?

A: Yes, you can. Once your item has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number that you can use in to track your item.  

 

Q: Can I return / replace the item I ordered?

A. We accept returns or replacements only if the item is defected or damaged during shipping. Please contact us when you notice any damage or defect before you use the item.

Q: What is your “Return and / or Exchange Policy”?

A: The return or exchange of a product will be accepted if there is any defect (damage, etc. which existed from the beginning or which occurred during shipment) discovered, as long as the product is returned to us (at our cost) within 7 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided. Please contact us through email before you ship back the products. 

In cases that the product is returned due to any reason attributable to the customer, the return of said product will be accepted only if it is unopened and unused, and is returned (at the customer’s expense) within 7 days of the date of its arrival at the shipping address provided.
When a product is returned, the amount which the customer paid to us will be refunded (Shipping fees will be deducted in cases where the product is returned for any reason attributable to the customer)

Q: Where do you ship your products?

A: We ship our products to over 100 countries.  

 

Q:  How long will delivery take?

A:  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be delivering our products through DHL and FedEx for the time being. It takes 2-12 business day for the delivery. Please kindly refer to the link below for more shipping details.

Q: How soon do you ship orders?

A: If the item is available, we ship if not the same day, the following day upon receipt of payment. If the item is not available, we will contact you through email and inform you as to when the item is going to be available. 

 

Q: What method of delivery are you using in shipping your products?

A: We give people two options; Standard International Shipping (regular) & Expedited International Shipping (express). However, we recommend our buyers to choose the express since it guarantees faster and a more secured manner of delivery. 

 

Q: How soon can I expect to receive my item if I choose the Expedited International Shipping?

A: Items delivered via the Expedited International Shipping usually take around seven (7) to ten (10) days before they get to their final destinations. Please note that the Holiday Season’s traffic during December may cause further delays. 

 

Q: Are items shipped via the Expedited International Shipping insured?

A: Yes, this is one advantage the Expedited International Shipping has over the Standard International Shipping.  

  

ABOUT PAYMENT

 

Q: What kind of payment method is available?

A.: You can settle the bill by credit card (Visa, Master, Amex, and PayPal).

 

Q: I forgot to apply a discount code. What do I do?

A: Please contact us with providing your order number and the discount code.

 

ABOUT IMPORT DUTIES

 

Q: Do I have to pay import tax for the order?

A:  Yes, import duties and VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Q:  Can you lower declared value / mark as gift?

A: We understand that import taxes can be expensive. However, it is against our shipping policy to lower the declared value of goods or to mark a shipment as a gift.

 

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

 

Q: The knife I want to buy has been sold out for a while. When will the knife restock?

A:  We do not have an estimated time when the knife will be available again. It is best to sign up for the restock notification on the listing page for the knife.
