Yu Kurosaki is one of the young talented blacksmiths, well known in Japan for his production of unique blade design. His passion to craft new design is always welcome and excited to try new addition. Not only design but its sharpness of blade attracts us whenever we use his knife. Please pay extra attention not to cut your finger with his knife, I mean it, it is sharp!!
Shizuku means "Water Drop" in Japanese. The Shizuku series is one of the signiture hammred patterns of Yu Kurosaki. It's a very beautiful hammred pattern made for the blade design as well as preveding the food from sticking to the blade. The sharpeness of the blade is like "feel so good" level. I am sure you'll enjoy using it.
