His passion to craft new designs is always welcome and we are excited to try new his additions. Not only the design, but the sharpness of his blades attract us whenever we use his knives. Please pay extra attention not to cut your finger with this knife, I mean it, it's super sharp!!Shizuku means "Water Drop" in Japanese. The Shizuku series is one of the signiture hammred patterns of Yu Kurosaki. It's a very beautiful hammred pattern made for the blade design as well as preveding the food from sticking to the blade. The sharpeness of the blade is like "feel so good" level. I am sure you'll enjoy using it.
