These elegant looking Sakai Takayuki Japanese Sujihiki Sushi Knives are made from Silver Steel No. 3 that is known to be rust proof and crafted following the blacksmith process of molding and polishing called “bladed” process. The silver steel is then squeezed into Damascus steel.
