This is a high-grade knife designed for chefs, which is manufactured from imported Uddeholm’s special alloy steel from Sweden and resistant to rusting with a very low amount of impurities. The Grand Chef Knife series products use the special Swedish steel manufactured by Uddeholm and offer exceptional sharpness. It is also abrasion and corrosion resistant even for many years of service.
The Kiritsuke Yanagiba is designed in Japan. It has a single-edge blade with a Western-style handle, combining both Japanese and Western function and practicality in one knife. It comes with Saya (sheath).

- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
