The Sakai Takayuki INOX Japanese Chef Series knives are highly recommended both for restaurant and home use. Made from chrome and molybdenum 8A grade steel, these knives don’t rust easily.

Use & Care

- Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
